Refund & return policy
30 days to change your mind on every Pyre Fit order shipped within the United States. Clear rules, no surprises.
Quick summary
30-day return window
You may return any Pyre Fit product within 30 calendar days of delivery, whether the product is defective or you simply changed your mind. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective film intact.
How to start a return
- Email info@pyrefit.com within the 30-day window with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the closest return address within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely (use the original box where possible) and ship it back by mail using a tracked, insured service of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days.
Do not send items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the warehouse.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for all returns, including defective items. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Choose a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and a tracked service so we both have visibility on the return shipment.
Typical USPS Ground Advantage cost for a small Pyre Fit return: $8–$15.
Restocking fees
No restocking fees. Returned items in qualifying condition are refunded at 100% of the product price.
Refund amount & method
You will be refunded 100% of the product price via your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal). Original outbound shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund. Sales tax, where applicable, is fully refunded.
Refund processing time
Refunds are processed by us within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 days to post the credit to your statement.
If you have not seen the refund after 14 days from when we confirmed receipt of your return, email info@pyrefit.com and we will trace it with our payment processor.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. To get a different size, color, or model, place a new order at pyrefit.com for the item you want, then return the original order under the standard 30-day refund process. This is faster than waiting for an exchange because the new item ships immediately.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect your package on delivery. If the outer box is visibly crushed or wet, refuse the package or note the damage with the driver. Then email info@pyrefit.com with photos within 48 hours. We will issue a full refund or reship a replacement at no additional cost — your choice.
Defective products & warranty
Every Pyre Fit product is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails within that window through normal use, contact us with photos or a short video and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Wear and tear from normal use, accidental damage, water damage outside rated tolerance, or modifications void the warranty.
Items not eligible for return
- Hygiene-sensitive accessories that have been opened or used (e.g., opened earbuds, opened skin or hair contact items)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior RMA approval
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items not in new, resellable condition

We ship to and accept returns from all 50 US states. International orders and returns are not currently supported.
