What does this mean for Pyre Fit?

Pyre Fit, operated by Ecom Empire OÜ, does not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, allow certain advertising partners (Google, Meta) to receive limited information about your visit so they can show you relevant ads on other sites. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this counts as “sharing” and you have the right to opt out.

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we honor it automatically. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include DuckDuckGo, Brave, and the Privacy Badger extension.
2. Email request: send a written opt-out request to info@pyrefit.com with the subject “CCPA Opt-Out” and the email address associated with your account.
3. Authorized agent: you may designate an authorized agent to opt out on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent’s authority before acting.

Your other California privacy rights

In addition to opting out of sale/sharing, California residents have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
• Delete personal information we have collected, with certain exceptions (e.g., we must keep order records for tax compliance).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny service, change pricing, or reduce quality.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@pyrefit.com. We respond within 45 days as required by law and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.

Verification

To protect your data, we must verify your identity before fulfilling access, deletion or correction requests. We typically verify by matching the email address you contact us from against the one on your order. For sensitive requests, we may ask additional questions about your purchase history.
