Everything you need to know about Pyre Fit β shipping, returns, products, sizing, and the science behind what we build.
π¦ Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is generated, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
US: 5β8 business days with our standard carrier (free on orders $50+).
International: 8β14 business days depending on customs clearance.
Tracking updates may pause for 24β48 hours during customs β this is normal.
Two options:
- Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit our Track Order page and paste your tracking number
Yes β we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Some heavy items (e.g., ice baths, massage chairs) ship to US/EU only.
First, check tracking on our Track Order page. If your package shows "delivered" but you don't have it, give it 24 hours β sometimes carriers scan packages early.
If tracking has stalled for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@pyrefit.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier investigation immediately.
β©οΈ Returns & Refunds
30 days, no questions asked. If a Pyre Fit product doesn't change how you feel, send it back for a full refund.
The product needs to be in resellable condition (slept-on once is fine, used in the sauna for 6 months isn't). Personal hygiene items (bath caddies that touched water, foot files used on calluses) can't be returned for sanitary reasons.
Email support@pyrefit.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds process within 3β5 business days after we receive your return. The money lands back on your original payment method within another 1β3 days depending on your bank.
Email us with a photo of the damage/wrong item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost β no need to return the original.

Our products are designed around clinical principles (cervical alignment, lumbar decompression, lymphatic drainage, infrared photobiomodulation, etc.) but we don't claim to treat or cure medical conditions.
For specific medical needs β chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, persistent sleep disorders β consult a doctor before integrating new wellness equipment into your routine.
We use CertiPUR-US certified high-density viscoelastic memory foam across our sleep range. Density (kg/mΒ³) is the key spec: higher density = slower rebound, longer durability, better pressure mapping.
- 50β60 kg/mΒ³: standard daily-use comfort (most pillows)
- 60β70 kg/mΒ³: premium support (cervical, lumbar wedges)
- 70+ kg/mΒ³: clinical-grade (face-down support, post-op cushions)
Check individual product specs for the exact density.
Pick by your dominant sleep position:
- Side sleeper: cervical contour pillow with shoulder cutout (fills the shoulder gap)
- Back sleeper: butterfly / U-shape neck pillow (gentle cervical curve)
- Stomach sleeper: thin face-down support pillow (avoids neck rotation)
- Combination: adjustable-fill memory foam pillow (custom loft)

All our heated products (neck wraps, foot warmers, bed mats, heating pads) have auto-shutoff timers ranging 30β90 minutes depending on the product, and overheat protection at 122Β°F / 50Β°C.
That said, we recommend you don't fall asleep with heat directly on bare skin for safety. Read each product's manual for specific use guidelines.
The science is well-established for specific use cases. Red light (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths penetrate skin and stimulate mitochondrial ATP production β peer-reviewed in clinical studies for skin elasticity, hair follicle activity, muscle recovery, and joint inflammation.
Our red light products spec the exact wavelengths and irradiance levels on each page. Results require consistent daily use (10β20 minutes) for 4β12 weeks depending on the goal.
Most fabric covers (pillows, cushions, scarves, mats) come with removable zippered covers that are machine-washable. Foam cores are spot-clean only.
Electronics (heating elements, massage motors, USB modules) are not machine-washable. Wipe with a damp cloth.

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
Yes. We use Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processing β the same security standard as your bank. We never store your full card details on our servers.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us at support@pyrefit.com with your order number ASAP β we'll edit or cancel within minutes if it's still in our queue.
Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and process a return.
