Shipping policy
Every Pyre Fit order ships free anywhere in the United States. Below is exactly how long it takes, how it’s tracked, and what to do if anything goes wrong.
Quick summary
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise shipping fees, no handling charges.
Order cutoff
Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central European Time (Paris timezone) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff move to the next business day’s processing queue. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the following Monday.
Handling time
1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Handling is the time between when your order is placed and when the carrier picks it up from our warehouse. During this window we verify payment, pick the item, quality-check it, and hand it off for transit.
Transit time
5 to 7 business days to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Shipped Monday through Friday. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take 1–2 additional business days.
Total delivery time
From the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door:
- 6 to 9 business days for all US destinations
- Holidays and weather events may add a small delay
Carriers
Orders ship via YunExpress with last-mile delivery handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the destination and shipment size. We pick the carrier that gives the fastest, most reliable route to your zip code.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking usually starts showing scans within 24–48 hours of the email.
Order processing schedule
- Processing days: Monday through Friday
- Non-processing days: Saturday, Sunday, and US federal holidays
- Weekend orders: queued and processed the next business day
Damaged package?
Inspect every package on arrival. If the outer box is visibly crushed or wet, refuse delivery or note the damage with the driver. Then email info@pyrefit.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Late or missing package?
Carriers occasionally misroute or delay shipments. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days or the package is past its expected delivery date by more than 3 business days, email info@pyrefit.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace. If the package cannot be located, we will reship or refund within 7 business days.
Wrong address?
Email info@pyrefit.com within 2 hours of placing your order to correct a typo. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer-supplied address error, you will be refunded the product price minus any return shipping cost charged by the carrier.
