Ownership of content

All content displayed on pyrefit.com — including the “Pyre Fit” name and logo, product photography, copywriting, page layouts, source code, taglines, and editorial assets — is owned by or licensed to Ecom Empire OÜ and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

The Pyre Fit brand identity (wordmark, color system, photographic style) is a registered trademark in use commercially since 2026.

Limited use license

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access pyrefit.com solely for the purpose of browsing the catalog and placing personal-use orders. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site’s content for commercial use
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download product data or images
• Modify or create derivative works of any Pyre Fit asset
• Reverse-engineer the site’s code
• Use any Pyre Fit trademark or trade dress without prior written consent

Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

We respond to clear, complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on pyrefit.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including all six elements below:

1. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, URL of the original if online, registration number if any).
3. Identification of the infringing material on pyrefit.com (specific URL or product handle).
4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid DMCA notices and respond within 10 business days. If we determine the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify any third party who posted the material.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Send it to the same address above and include:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of US federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found)
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat infringer policy

Ecom Empire OÜ reserves the right to terminate access, accounts, or orders of any user or third party determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.

Trademark complaints

If you believe a trademark you own has been misused on pyrefit.com, contact info@pyrefit.com with the subject “Trademark Complaint” and provide proof of registration plus identification of the allegedly infringing use.

Use of customer content

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to us (e.g., product reviews, social media tags with @pyrefit), you grant Ecom Empire OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content. You may revoke this license at any time by emailing info@pyrefit.com.
