1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pyrefit.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including the purchase of products from Pyre Fit. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Ecom Empire OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Estonian company, registration number 16494984, with registered office at Liimi tn 1b, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10621, Estonia. “Pyre Fit” is our trading brand. Contact: info@pyrefit.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Products and pricing

All products are described in good faith. We make reasonable efforts to ensure colors, dimensions and specifications are accurate, but display variations may exist. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes that we collect at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and fully refund the order at your choice.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we email you the shipping confirmation; that email forms the binding contract. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order without liability beyond a full refund (for example: stock shortage, suspected fraud, shipping address outside our coverage, or pricing error).

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout via SSL-encrypted processors (Shopify Payments). We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping with no minimum. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier’s tracking system.

8. Returns and refunds

30-day return window from delivery, full conditions on our Refund Policy page. Defective products are covered by our 2-year manufacturer warranty.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, the “Pyre Fit” name, product designs, and source code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or other users’ accounts.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the Site without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Pyre Fit products are wellness and lifestyle accessories. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new wellness routine.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecom Empire OÜ and its officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For US consumers, nothing in these Terms limits the consumer protections of your state of residence to the extent those protections cannot be waived by contract.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@pyrefit.com to attempt good-faith resolution. Any unresolved dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
